That's her next book. Then after that she's going to go back and do twilight again but from Edward's point of view. I actually just finished Eclipse. Literally just a second ago. You already know that Jacob was going to kiss her. That wasn't that surprising. That just gives her another reason for Stephanie to write another book where Jacob can crash the wedding and say "I object" and then there's the issue of if Bella does turn into a vampire. And i'm guessing that the point of the idea that she redoes twilight for Edward is because i think she's going to do something to Bella (like kill her) to make her go back to show Edward's real feelings. Hey. It's a good book.

As an avid fan of The Other Boleyn Girl, I had some reservations about reading this novel and I had heard that it was much the same. However I was, and still am, most plesantly surprised.
Those who cite that this is much the same story as TOBG, I muct disagree, Although it is a story about the same period of time in Marys life, this novel goes where TOBG did not. It goes well into Mary's past before she became the Kings mistress, and so much more about her life afterwards. The characters are realistic and I found myself falling for William Stafford just as Mary did.
This is a novel for the truly Romantic, as it is more than just another story about inncoent Mary and poor angry Anne Boleyn. If you liked TOBG and would like more of an insight to what Mary's life may have been like, you will love this book.

I first read She's Come Undone and fell in love with it instantly. And then I bought I Know This Much Is True. When I finished reading it, I felt as if my view on life changed in some way. I am currently rereading this book. I feel as if I can relate to both Birdsey brothers, even though I am female. I am Thomas because I have mental problems of my own, but not that extreme. I am Dominick because I hold other's up, take care of people I love more than I do for myself. My thoughts are pretty hardcore, like Dominicks; yet I do not have the guts he does to say those things outloud. I bottle up everything. I really enjoy this book. I wish that Wally Lamb would write more beautiful stories like these. He is my favorite author. The words and the way he puts them together are beautiful. I recommended this to all of my friends, yet where I live alot of people can't even read or choose not to.

Meeka - do you really think this is an adequate response to a book? Two adjectives, no further description or analysis? If we are going to actually write about books and offer up our opinions to other people, shouldn't we try a bit. WHY did you think it was interesting? Why boring? Your comments don't help anyone - they woudl have to know everything you think is interesting or boring before they could assess what your comments meant. Anyway, I think the general description is missing the point of this book. Firstly, the stuff it refers to - ie the friends, the wedding, the letters, etc, is all presented in this novel as so much rubbish that Rosa is trying to overcome. Like the stuff you are trying to put to one side, so you can focus on the bigger picture. Secondly I disagree - I don't think she is going to hit rock bottom in Paris. I think the ending is quite uplifting, if you read it carefully. It's all about finding a way to live with the person you are. She realises she isn't going to be a great genius, but that's OK. I think we all have to realise that at some point, and really happiness depends on that realisation. It's uplifting the way the Smiths are - some people think they are depressing but tehy're more about being realistic and dealing with life as it really is. I'd much rather hear that than some idealistic nonsense. By the way, I thought this was a beautiful and amazingly-well written book. But you have to actually read it properly. It's demanding. You can't just go 'eeeeugh no car chases, booooooorrrring,' and chuck it away...well,, I guess you can, but you're missing out. Man oh man are you missing out.

I actually do feel that my response was adequate for the book, as the entire point of this website is reviews for the Average Joe. This site is for people who are looking for the bottom line instead of having to dig through the standard critic response on prose, verse, artistic display, descriptive paradoxes, etc, as by the time you read the review, you know all about the book and then there is no point in reading it for yourself. The summation of the book itself, that is the synopsis the publishing house put out. I'm not going to change their synopsis so that some one reading my review can go "Oh, it all ends happily"; it defeats the purpose of reading the book in the first place. I am a little insulted though, that you have assumed that I didn't read this book properly, and that through my lack of an attention span I was unable to grasp what the author wanted me to. It was obvious when I read the summation of the book, that it was to be a coming into yourself story, but it bored me to tears. I felt no empathy for the heroine of the book, the friends seemed to have no emotions and the boyfriend was all encompassing of the typical male stereotype. The story line didn't flow, it was choppy and distracting. I've had more enjoyment in being forced to read Communist Doctrines. That said, you're obviously new to the BRAJ, so please feel free to look around and see the other books that have been reviewed, as I think you will be surprised as to what is offered. Thanks for the comments and the suggestions.

Hi I'm berseba and I'm new to the site. I love john grisham novels, I'm reading playing for pizza at the moment and enjoying it very much. Although I must say I did not like the runaway jury not being able to feel much sympathy or empathy for the two protaganists. My favourite is the rainmaker. I also love sandra brown novels, sexy but great fun. Her last novel play dirty was terrific and also about a footballer (American that is). I wonder if John Grisham read it. hum. I look forward to reading your comments. love Bar.

I have read the reviews, and they are glowing, this is one of those books that is not for everyone, and I'm one of those who it isn't for. It happens. I have found that the majority of first books authors have published go two ways, a blockbuster smash or it fades away into obscurity. I'm sorry to say that I think this is one of those to fade away, BUT I bought the book as it interested me, so Mia Gallagher has promise and I'm looking forward to reading her next book, as the second I'm hopeful will be wonderful.
