A Place of Hiding

An old friend of Deborah's comes to her for help and she and Simon go off to Guernsey to try and find out whatA Place of Hiding - Book Reviews for the Average Joe is behind the killing. The island is steeped in history and everyone has something to hide. Including Deborah's two friends. IS the real reason for the killing from WW II or was it more simple than that and everyone else is making it more difficult? Can Deborah and Simon find the killer before they kill again or will this be their final journey?

Meeka says:
If you like Deborah, you'll like this book, but if you don't then you might find yourself wanting to throttle her. I didn't like it very much, if fact I had to force myself to finish it. George introduces two new characters that are from Deborah's time in the States, but has never mentioned them before which I find strange as they were supposedly her best mates there. Anyway, this was better than A Traitor to Memory, but not by much.
